Biography:
I work with radiation detectors for medical imaging, mostly for Positron Emission Tomography. My focus until now has been benchtop preclinical scanners, specially in the integration of novel materials and hardware solutions. I’m also interested in new developments in Hadrontherapy instrumentation for precise treatments and also frequently work with Monte Carlo simulations for medical physics applications.
